This was the first year the California entertainment and arts experience was in Texas! Though the Dallas news gave the weekend a bad vibe, personally I thought it was a fantastic experience! Sure they had a few issues, but it was the first year...
The experience features comedians, chefs, artists and of course live performances!
The event lasted Friday through Sunday and started around 1 o'clock each day. The event is certainly geared toward adults, but I'm 20 and I still had a lot of fun! I would not recommend going if you are younger than 16.

The doors opened at 2 o'clock with KAP SLAP, followed by: The Allman Betts Band, ACID DAD, Chad Daniels(comedian), Brad Albers (chef), Larkin Poe, Ryan Cabera, Los Lobos, Chantel Jeffries, Blue October, Bryan Caswell (chef), Ludacris, North Mississippi All-stars, Garfunkel and Oates (comedian), Old 97s, Sean Brock (chef), BUSH, MS. The doors opened at 1:30 with Your Smith, followed by: Fortune Feimster (comedian), MamaFesta, Israel Nash, Le Youth, Eric Burdon & The Animals, Dylan Benoit (chef), Bob Saget+Orny Adams (comedian), Michael Mina (chef), Stealing Oceans, The English Beat (I saw), Jon Anderson (of YES (I saw)), Andy Grammer, Mix Master Mike, St. Paul & The Broken Bones ( I saw), Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, The Avett Brothers, Whitney Cummings (comedian), PITBULL (I saw), Matoma, The B-52s ( I saw), Counting Crows, Little Big Town ( I saw), Demetri Martin (comedian), and finally the event ended with STING who I saw!
